Where to Find Tasks

Tasks usually appear:

  • inside contact profiles

  • in task views (if enabled)


Manual Tasks

Manual tasks are:

  • created by you

  • reminders for calls or messages

  • linked to specific contacts

Example:

  • “Follow up with client”

  • “Send proposal”


Automated Tasks

Automated tasks are:

  • created by workflows

  • triggered by actions (booking, form submission, payment)

You may see tasks appear without creating them yourself.


What You Should Do With Tasks

  • Complete tasks when done

  • Use tasks as reminders, not pressure

  • Do not delete automated tasks unless you know why they exist

If you are unsure why a task appeared, ask Emmi:

“Why was this task created?”
