Situations That Trigger Escalation

A team member will join when:

  • A technical issue requires human review

  • System-wide settings are involved

  • Data integrity may be affected

  • Emmi cannot confidently resolve the issue

You do not need to request escalation manually.


What Happens After Escalation

When a team member joins:

  • They review the conversation

  • They ask clarifying questions if needed

  • They guide you through the solution
