Using Emmi

Emmi is your first point of contact.

Emmi can:

  • Explain where to find features

  • Guide you step by step

  • Link you to help articles

  • Answer common setup questions

To open Emmi:

  1. Click the chat icon on the right side of your screen

  2. Type your question in normal language


When a Team Member Joins

A team member will join when:

  • A technical issue requires human access

  • A system-wide setting is affected

  • Emmi cannot safely resolve the issue

You do not need to request escalation manually.


Asking Clear Questions

For faster help, include:

  • What you want to achieve

  • Where you are stuck

  • What you already tried
