Confirm that:
Your email sending connection is active
Your domain is connected
Sender information is verified
Email setup is usually completed during your onboarding call.
How to Check Email Sending Status
Go to Settings
Open Email Sending
Confirm status shows active or connected
If email sending is not active, do not send emails.
