Start Here: Your EMVIRA ONE Onboarding Checklist

Welcome to EMVIRA ONE. Your account has already been prepared based on your onboarding quiz. This checklist guides you through the correct order to get started without overwhelm. You do not need to complete everything on day one.

Step 1: Attend Your Onboarding Call (Required)

Your onboarding call is the foundation of your setup.

During the onboarding call, we will:

  • Connect your domain

  • Set up your first email sending connection

  • Connect Stripe and/or PayPal (if applicable)

  • Give you a guided tour of your EMVIRA ONE account

  • Explain what has already been set up for you

What you should prepare:

  • Access to your domain provider

  • Access to your email provider (if available)

  • Stripe and/or PayPal login (if you plan to sell)

Do not skip this step. Many later questions are answered here.


Step 2: Log Into Your Account and Check Access

  1. Log into EMVIRA ONE

  2. Open the Dashboard

  3. Confirm you can access the main menu on the left:

    • Sites

    • Sales

    • Contacts

    • Calendars (if applicable)

If something is missing, contact support via Emmi.


Step 3: Understand What Is Already Set Up

Your account is not empty.

We have already:

  • Installed templates

  • Applied your branding (logo, colors, fonts)

  • Activated the features you need

  • Structured your account for your business stage

You do not need to build everything from scratch.


Step 4: Replace Placeholder Content

Your templates contain placeholder text and example sections.

  1. Go to Sites

  2. Open a page

  3. Replace placeholder text with your own wording

  4. Save your changes

You do not need to publish anything yet.


Step 5: Know How to Get Help

Help is always available inside EMVIRA ONE.

  • Use Emmi for instant guidance

  • Emmi connects you with a team member when needed

You never need to guess.
