Step 1: Attend Your Onboarding Call (Required)
Your onboarding call is the foundation of your setup.
During the onboarding call, we will:
Connect your domain
Set up your first email sending connection
Connect Stripe and/or PayPal (if applicable)
Give you a guided tour of your EMVIRA ONE account
Explain what has already been set up for you
What you should prepare:
Access to your domain provider
Access to your email provider (if available)
Stripe and/or PayPal login (if you plan to sell)
Do not skip this step. Many later questions are answered here.
Step 2: Log Into Your Account and Check Access
Log into EMVIRA ONE
Open the Dashboard
Confirm you can access the main menu on the left:
Sites
Sales
Contacts
Calendars (if applicable)
If something is missing, contact support via Emmi.
Step 3: Understand What Is Already Set Up
Your account is not empty.
We have already:
Installed templates
Applied your branding (logo, colors, fonts)
Activated the features you need
Structured your account for your business stage
You do not need to build everything from scratch.
Step 4: Replace Placeholder Content
Your templates contain placeholder text and example sections.
Go to Sites
Open a page
Replace placeholder text with your own wording
Save your changes
You do not need to publish anything yet.

Help is always available inside EMVIRA ONE.
