Where Availability Is Managed

  1. Go to Calendars

  2. Open availability settings for the appointment type


How Availability Works

Availability is based on:

  • Days of the week

  • Time ranges

  • Time zone

Bookings are only possible inside these rules.


Important Notes

  • Availability is separate from your personal calendar

  • Blocking time requires updating availability or syncing calendars

  • Incorrect availability can cause double bookings

If unsure, review availability during your onboarding call.
