Creating and Managing Appointment Types

An appointment type defines what can be booked.

What an Appointment Type Includes

Each appointment type has:

  • A name (for example: Onboarding Call)

  • Duration

  • Assigned team member(s)

  • Booking availability

  • Confirmation behavior


How to View Appointment Types

  1. Go to Calendars

  2. Open Appointment Types

You may already see appointment types created for you.


Editing an Existing Appointment Type

  1. Open the appointment type

  2. Review:

    • Name

    • Duration

    • Assigned user

  3. Save changes if needed

Avoid changing advanced settings unless instructed.


Best Practice

Start with one or two appointment types.

Complex setups can be added later.
