What DND Means

When DND is active:

  • Messages are not sent to the contact

  • The contact is protected from communication

This helps you stay compliant and respectful.

When DND Is Applied Automatically

DND may be applied when:

  • A contact opts out of messages

  • A contact replies with stop keywords

  • Messaging rules require suppression

You may see DND enabled without setting it manually.

Where to See DND Status

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Open a contact profile

  3. Look for communication or DND indicators

What You Should Not Do

  • Do not disable DND without consent

  • Do not attempt to message contacts under DND

Doing so may violate messaging rules.

Best Practice

Treat DND as a safety mechanism, not an obstacle.

If you believe DND is applied incorrectly, ask Emmi for review.
