Pipelines are commonly used for:

  • leads

  • sales conversations

  • client onboarding stages

Where to Find Pipelines

  1. Open the left menu

  2. Click Pipelines

What a Pipeline Is

A pipeline is made of:

  • stages (columns)

  • contacts (cards)

Each stage represents a step in a journey.

Example:

  • New

  • Contacted

  • Booked

  • Completed

How Contacts Move Through Pipelines

Contacts can move:

  • automatically (via system actions)

  • manually (by you or your team)

Moving a contact does not change their data.

It only changes their stage.

Best Practice for New Users

  • Use pipelines mainly for overview

  • Avoid changing pipeline structure early

  • Focus on understanding how contacts move

If you want to adjust pipelines later, ask Emmi first.
